HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

Martin

Eric Duane Martin, 47, of 9516 Oak Lane, Montague, was found guilty March 2, 2022 of probation violation and was sentenced April 18, 2022 to 263 days in jail with credit for 256 days served; 15 months probation; and $458 in fines and costs. Probation stems from a Nov. 30, 2020 conviction of methamphetamine possession.

Brittany Nicole Tanner, 30, of 300 N. 136th Ave., Hart, was found guilty April 18, 2022 of

probation violation and was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for 211 days served. Probation is revoked. Probation stems from an Oct. 19, 2020 conviction of methamphetamine possession.

Kevin Mauricio Valle-Flores, 23, of 550 34th St., SW, Wyoming, Michigan, was found guilty Jan. 10, 2022 of carrying a concealed weapon and was sentenced April 18, 2022 to 190 days in jail

with credit for 190 days served and $258 in fines and costs. A .380 Smith & Wesson semi-automatic pistol was seized by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office.
