HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Calabrese

John Matthew Calabrese, of 6057 Danc Rd., Twin Lake; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); breaking and entering a building with intent and larceny in a building. Probable cause hearing: April 25 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

  • Raymond Jake Summerskill, of 6441 E. Fillmore Rd., Walkerville; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: May 5 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $350/cash/surety.
  • John Hasbany, of 7577 S. Riverbend, Branch; OCSO; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: April 28 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance (PR).
  • Richard James Ragen, of 5630 8 Mile Rd., Hesperia; OCSO; second-offense operating while impaired. Pretrial: May 5 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
  • Carol Elaine Timmerman, of 75 Northland Crossing, Shelby; Shelby Police Department; dog running at large. Pretrial: April 28 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
