HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Delapaz

Daryl Delapaz, of 379 E. Laurel St., Walkerville; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); criminal sexual conduct (CSC) — assault with intent to commit sexual penetration and fourth-degree CSC. Probable cause hearing: April 18 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Lucas Willam Rood, 31, of 3031 W. McKinley Rd., Rothbury; OCSO; carrying a concealed weapon. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. 

Edwards

Hollis Elvin Edwards, Jr., of 2494 Whitetail Dr., Rothbury; MSP; methamphetamine possession. Probable cause hearing: April 18 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

Jennifer Mary Rupright, 41, of 9449 Walsh Rd., Montague; OCSO; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: April 21 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Jonathan Arb Rodriguez, 25, of 3479 N. 120th Ave., Hart; OCSO; operating without insurance. Pretrial: April 21 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/person recognizance (PR).

Mark John Walsworth, 59, of 2151 N. Morrison St., Mears; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: April 21 at 2 p.m. Bail: $500/cash/surety.

Mitchell William Darling, 26, of 419 Griswold St., Hart; Hart Police Department (HPD); domestic violence. Pretrial: April 21 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. CASE DISMISSED March 30. “The victim in this matter no longer wishes to have charges pursued and is unwilling to cooperate with the prosecution,” court records state.
