HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

• William Michael Bratcher, 49, of 2164 S. 184th Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty March 21 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for two days served; outpatient treatment; and $1,305 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). Two counts of domestic violence and one count of second-offense operating while intoxicated were dismissed.  
• Mark Thomas Mull, 61, of 6338 N. 144th Ave., Walkerville, was found guilty March 28 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served; Alcohol Highway Safety Education; and $1,205 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of second-offense operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
• Joseph Kendall Zuber, 30, of 3661 E. Baseline Rd., Shelby, was found guilty March 28 of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $475 in fines and costs. One count of assault and battery was dismissed.
• John Paul Redmond, 33, of 101 S. 72nd Ave., Shelby, was found guilty March 28 of larceny less than $200 and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for 55 days served and $26 in restitution. One felony count of abandoning of/cruelty to animals and a misdemeanor count of malicious destruction of property were dismissed.

Dismissals

• Clarence Burrows O’Neal III, 38, of 835 Country Way, Big Rapids, charges of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and operating without insurance were dismissed March 21.
