HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Brinkman

Kevin Joseph Brinkman, 24, of 4487 W. Hammett Rd., Pentwater; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety.

Karolyn Kay Buozis, 61, of 520 E. Main St., Hart; Hart Police Department (HPD); assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Probable cause

Ryan Michael Welch, 20, of 8591 Robinhood Dr., Rothbury; OCSO; lying to a police officer in a felony investigation and a misdemeanor of careless discharge of a firearm causing injury.  Probable cause hearing: April 4 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Trad Paul Sheafor, 32, of 2928 E. Madison St., Hart; MSP; attempted malicious destruction of trees, shrubs, etc. — $1,000-$20,000 and a misdemeanor of attempted malicious destruction of trees, shrubs, etc. — $200-$1,000.

Matthew James Minton, 26, of 1118 S. Maple Island Dr., Hesperia; OCSO; operating without insurance. Pretrial: April 14 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $500/cash/surety.

Andrew Kenneth Rumsey, 35, of 7340 E. Scout Rd., Walkerville; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: April 1. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Steven Ray McLellen, 60, of 5277 S. Pere Marquette Highway, Ludington; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: April 1. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Krystel Lyne Anderson, 37, of 95 N. State St., Hesperia; Michigan State Police (MSP); aiding or abetting the violation of a juvenile court order and harboring runaways. Pretrial: April 7 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Joseph Scott Summerskill, 37, of 6539 E. Fillmore Rd., Walkerville; MSP; second-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: April 7 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Craig Evert Cornelisse, 41, of 721 Park St., Pentwater; Pentwater Police Department (PPD); operating without insurance. Pretrial: April 21 at 9 a.m. Bail: $50/cash/surety.

Stacey Marie McElhinny, 48, of 7146 Woodrow Ave., Hesperia; MSP; assault and battery. Pretrial: April 21 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
