HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

Bush

Colin Ray Bush, 37, of 260 Sessions Rd., Shelby, was found guilty Jan. 31 of assault with a dangerous weapon and was sentenced March 14 to 180 days in jail with credit for 89 days served; 18 months probation; and $258 in fines and costs. 

Keith Elmer Gager, Jr., 39, of 5525 Deer Rd., Walkerville, was found guilty Jan. 10 of breaking and entering a building with intent and was sentenced

March 14 to nine months in jail with credit for 136 days served; two years probation; $2,524 in restitution; and $198 in fines and costs.

Linsey Jo Dean, 35, of 5570 Dowling St., Montague, was found guilty Jan. 10 of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced March 14 to 125

days in jail with credit for 125 days served in jail; 18 months probation; and $398 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

Olivia Rose Parsons, 27, of 4198 Skeels Rd., Holton, was found guilty Jan. 10 of unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon and was sentenced March 14 to six months in jail with credit for 113 days served; two years probation; and $398 in fines and costs.
