HART — A 52-year-old Hart man was arrested by Hart police officers in the 200 block of State Street Tuesday, Feb. 22, shortly after 4 p.m. for operating while intoxicated, driving while license suspended and operating without insurance, according to Hart Police Chief Juan Salazar. The suspect was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

• 12:33 p.m., operating without insurance, Polk Road and 72nd Avenue, City of Hart.
• 3 p.m., suspicious situation, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.

Friday, Feb. 18, 2022:

• 10:30 a.m., trespassing, 500 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
• 3:20 p.m. a 61-year-old Hart woman was arrested for probation violation, 500 block of East Main Street, City of Hart. She was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
• 11:47 p.m., alarm, 2000 block of Comfort Drive, City of Hart.

• 8:21 a.m., medical assist, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
