HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Caleb Terrell Campbell, 21, of 1461 Marquette Ave., Muskegon, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) on three felony counts of manufacture/delivery of methamphetamine/ecstasy. Probable cause hearing: March 14 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Antonio Rosas-Villiegas, 52 ,of 8 N. Cortland St., Hart, was arrested by the Hart Police

Department (HPD) for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated. Probable cause hearing: March 14 at 3 p.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Tanner

Brittany Nicole Tanner, 29, of 523 S. State St., Hart, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Probable cause hearing: March 14 at 3 p.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

• Kenneth Allen Gleason, 24, of 393 Elm St., Shelby; Michigan State Police (MSP); third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: April 7 at 1 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent. He also faces a count of improper license stemming from a Hesperia Police Department arrest. Pretrial: March 15 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $345/cash.
• Michael Adam Fowler, 36, of 525 Elliott Ave., Grand Haven; OCSO; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: April 7 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance (PR).
• Michael William-Dale Steffes, 32, of 7308 160th Ave., Walkerville; OCSO; disorderly conduct — drunk. Contempt hearing: April 5 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $304/cash. He also faces two counts of dog running at large, improper license and disposing of a tire in a manner not authorized. Contempt hearing: March 24 at 10 a.m. Bail: $510/cash and $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
• Earnest Earl Jones II, 38, of Bear Lake (street address not listed); OCSO; operating a motorcycle/moped without an endorsement. Pretrial: March 24 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Jones also faces charges of careless driving and no proof of insurance. Contempt hearing: March 22 at 9 a.m. Bail: $330/cash.
• Timothy Robert Pumphrey, 31, of 3162 W. Monroe Rd., Hart; OCSO; DWLS and no proof of insurance. Contempt hearing: March 15 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $25/cash. 
• Efrain Cisneros Tejada, 28, of 1129 S. Parmington Ave., Hart; HPD; DWLS. Pretrial: March 17 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
