HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felony

Masta

Marshall Alex-Anthony Masta, 21, of 8823 E. Harrison Rd., Walkerville, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Probable cause hearing: March 14 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance (PR).

Misdemeanors

Elizabeth Renee Sizemore, 64, of 2293 Woodrow Rd., Shelby; Michigan State Police (MSP); domestic violence. Pretrial: March 24 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Patrick Allen Amstutz, 55, of Shelby (street address not listed); OCSO; weapons/firearms — under the influence and weapons/firearms — careless damages of $50 or less. Pretrial: March 24 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/PR.
