HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Castillo

Rolando Castillo, 50, of 513 Griswold St., Hart, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’ Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) on felony charges of possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams and possession of methamphetamine. He faces another count of possession of methamphetamine following a Hart Police Department arrest. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Allen

Todd Charles Allen, 46, of 10161 68th Ave., Allendale, Michigan, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of contractor — fraudulent use of building contract funds. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety.

Richard Alan Lattin, Jr., 31, of 207 Hawley St., Hesperia, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of methamphetamine

Kenneth Delos-Lee Humphreys, 20, of 2250 E. Loop Rd., Shelby, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of possession of analogues. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

John Paul Redmond, 33, of 101 S. 72nd Ave., Shelby, was arrested by HPD for a felony of

third-offense domestic violence. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Redmond also faces a misdemeanor of DWLS following an OCSO arrest. Bail: $300/cash/surety. He also faces misdemeanor charges of malicious destruction of property less than $200 and larceny less than $200 following an MSP arrest. Bail:

Kenneth Duane Cooley, 40, of 3940 N. Green Ave., Hesperia, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of possession of analogues. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Alexandra Ann Greiner, 34, of 1370 Monroe Rd., Hart, was arrested by MSP on felony charges of possession of methamphetamine and assaulting/resisting/obstructing police
