27th Circuit Court sentencings, Feb. 10, 2022.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

Martha Rochelle Edwards, 36, of 8879 20th St., Shelby, was found guilty Dec. 13, 2021 of breaking and entering with intent and was sentenced Feb. 7, 2022 to 100 days in jail with credit for 100 days served; two years probation; $2,200 in restitution; and $398 in fines and costs. 

Amanda Lynn Steffes, 31, of 7308 160th Ave., Walkerville, was found guilty Dec. 13, 2021 of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced, Feb. 7, 2022 to 107 days in jail with

credit for 107 days served; 18 months probation; and $458 in fines and costs.

Richard Davis, 33, of 403 Lincoln St., Hart, was found guilty Feb. 7, 2022 of probation violation and was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for 261 days in jail; two years

probation; $1,050 in restitution; and $523 in fines and costs. Probation stems from April 4, 2021 convictions of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police, malicious destruction of property $200-$1,000 and third-offense habitual offender.

Travis Andrew Fisher, 27, of 4313 Tim Bee Ave., Muskegon, was found guilty Dec. 13, 2021 of third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Feb. 7, 2022 to one year in jail with credit for 91 days served; two years probation; and $848 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). Charges of fourth-degree fleeing a police officer and

Donald Paul Adams, 57, of 101 S. Apple St., Hart, was found guilty Dec. 13, 2021 of third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Feb. 7, 2022 to six months in jail with credit for 117 days served; two years probation; and $908 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of driving while license suspended (DWLS) was dismissed.

Leandro Borrego, 42, of 354 Pine St., Shelby, pleaded “no contest” Dec. 13, 2021 to third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Feb. 7, 2022 to 10 months in jail with credit for 121 days served; two years probation; and $948 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
