HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:
– Luke Frederick Koning, 39, of 4066 35th St., Dorr, Michigan, was found guilty Nov. 15 of second-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Jan. 18 to one year suspended jail with credit for one day served; six months probation; outpatient treatment; and $1,780 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One felony count of third-offense operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
– Tyler David Wicklund, 38, of 807 W. Loomis St., Ludington, was found guilty Nov. 22 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Jan. 18 to 90 days suspended jail with credit for one day served; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); and $1,229 in fines, costs and restitution. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of larceny less than $200 was dismissed.
– Ashley Jean Quinn, 19, of 2816 N. Alger Ave., White Cloud, pleaded “no contest” Jan. 18 to operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served; outpatient treatment; and $2,105 in fines, costs and restitution. Conviction reportable to SOS. Charges of operating while intoxicated and transporting open intoxicants were dismissed.
– Matthew Marcel Johnston, 42, of 5174 Onsikamme St., Montague, was found guilty Jan. 19 of taking/possessing a deer without a validated tag and was sentenced to $275 in fines and costs.
– Edy Rolando Arreaga-Gramajo, 36, of 1748 Jefferson Ave. SE, Grand Rapids, was found guilty Jan. 19 of illegal fishing gear and was sentenced to $425 in fines and costs.
– Chloe Craner, 25, of 123 N. Elm St., Hesperia, was found guilty Jan. 19 of dog running at large and was sentenced to $265 in fines and costs.
