HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court

Felony

Bradley James Skofic, Sr., 43, of 3110 W. Tahoe Tr., New Era, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of first-degree home invasion. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 31 at 3 p.m.

Misdemeanors

Brandon Robert Splane, 20, of 417 Lincoln St., Hart; Hart Police Department (HPD); domestic violence. Bail: $500/cash/surety. Pretrial: Feb. 10 at 1:30 p.m. 

Ned William Henion, 35, of 64 S. Michigan Ave., Shelby; OCSO; operating while intoxicated (OWI) and transporting open intoxicants. Bail: $500/cash/surety. Pretrial: Feb. 10 at 1:45 p.m.

James Castio Estrada, 31, of 9152 Maple St., Hesperia; OCSO; second-offense OWI. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Feb. 10 at 11:30 a.m.

Lisa Diane Moon, 55, of 8523 Old Channel Trail, Montague; OCSO; driving while license suspended (DWLS) and operating without insurance. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: Feb. 3 at 11:30 a.m.  

John Charles Hafner, 30, of 2754 162nd Ave., Hesperia; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating without a license. Bail: $1,000/PR. Pretrial: Feb. 3 at 9:30 a.m.
