78th District Court news, Jan. 17, 2022.
HART — The following proceedings recently took place in 78th District Court:
Arraignments:
Gerald Raymond Tennant, 39, of 2464 W. Scenic View Dr., Rothbury; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS); unlawful use of a license plate; and operating without insurance. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance (PR). Pretrial: Feb. 3 at 11:15 a.m.
Francis Lloyd Tennant, 68, of 5721 S. Cherokee Bend, New Era; Michigan State Police (MSP); failure to report an accident. Bail: $1,000/PR. Pretrial: Feb. 10 at 1:15 p.m.
Samuel Aaron Cudney, 22, of 6552 S. Water Rd., New Era; OCSO; operating without insurance. Bail: $1,000/PR. Pretrial: Feb. 3 at 9 a.m.
Sentencing:
Trevor Keith Johnson, 33, of 2857 E. White Lake Dr., Twin Lake, was found guilty Jan. 14 of DWLS and was sentenced to $570 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State.
