78th District Court arraignments, Jan. 6, 2022.

HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

  • Aaron Vaughn Jacobs, 36, of 7044 N. 92nd Ave., Hart, was arrested by MSP for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 18 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Jacobs also faces a misdemeanor charge of unlawful license plates. Pretrial: Jan. 27 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Terebinski

  • Teresa Elaine Terebinski, 39, of 95 State St., Hesperia, was arrested by the Michigan State (MSP) for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 18 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Monje

  • Franklin Leonard Monje, Jr., 67, of 2429 W. Northland Dr., Rothbury, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 18 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent. 

Misdemeanors

  • Jeffrey William Wilson, 37, of 3861 Riverview Dr., Hesperia; OCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Jan. 13 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
  • Candida Austin, 50, of 6832 N. 192nd Ave., Walkerville; MSP; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Jan. 27 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
