27th Circuit Court sentencings, Dec. 27, 2021.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:
Moises Alejandro Garza, 21, of 86 Chapita Hills, Shelby, was found guilty Oct. 18 of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Dec. 13 to 270 days in jail with credit for 133 days served; two years probation; and $198 in fines and costs. One count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police was dismissed. Garza was found guilty of methamphetamine possession in a second case and was sentenced consecutively to 270 days in jail with credit for 131 days served; two years probation; and $198 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
Lucas Antonio Gonzales, 40, of Mears (street address not listed), pleaded “no contest” Oct. 4 to domestic violence — knowingly assaulting a pregnant individual and third-offense domestic violence and was sentenced Dec. 13 to one year in jail with credit for 126 days served; two years probation; and $458 in fines and costs.
Kristen Jayne Packer, 39, of 2770 W. Skeels Rd., Montague, was found guilty Oct. 18 of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced Dec. 13 to seven days in jail with credit for seven days served; one year probation; and $458 in fines and costs.
