HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Towne

Dylan James Towne, 22, of 7685 Whispering Brook Dr., Portage, Michigan, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of assault with a dangerous weapon. Pretrial: Dec. 27 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Zoulek

Amanda Marie Zoulek, 34, of 4740 Baseline Rd., Shelby, was arrested by MSP for a felony of assault with a dangerous weapon. Pretrial: Dec. 20 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

• Jeremy Lee Blohm, 34, of 5590 W. Wren Rd., Shelby; OCSO; operating without insurance. Pretrial: Jan. 13 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance (PR).
• Francisco Delose Vasquez, 21, of 1533 N. 72nd Ave., Hart; OCSO; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Jan. 6 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
• Robbie Jay Rice, 49, of 8591 Robinhood Dr., Montague; OCSO; operating without insurance. Pretrial: Jan. 6 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
• Brian David Holden, 49, of 2333 N. 32nd St., Fountain; OCSO; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Jan. 13 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety.
• John Hasbany, 66, of 7577 Riverbend Dr., Branch; MSP; DWLS. Pretrial: Jan. 13 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety.
• Kimball Allen Berger, 73, of 3656 N. Railroad Ave., Mears; MSP; operating while intoxicated (OWI) and failure to report an accident. Pretrial: Jan. 13 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: Not listed.
• Jehud Edreih Ramirez, 21, of 1968 E. Fountain Rd., Free Soil; OCSO; operating without insurance. Pretrial: Jan. 13 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: Not listed.
• Juan Pablo Rodriguez-Pena, 30, of 224 Pine St., Shelby; Shelby Police Department; DWLS. Pretrial: Jan. 20 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety.
• Robert Allen Morgan, 24, of 191 McLaughlin Ave., Muskegon; OCSO; operating without insurance. Pretrial: Jan. 13 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
