Thursday, Dec. 2, 2021:

• 3 p.m., minor in possession of tobacco, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.
• 3:07 p.m., threats complaint, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.
• 6:50 p.m., medical assist, 400 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart.
• 6:52 p.m., suspicious situation, 20 block of Mechanic Street, City of Hart.

Friday, Dec. 3, 2021:

• 4:38 a.m., motorist assist, 400 block of State Street, City of Hart
• Noon, minor in possession of tobacco, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.
• 12:30 p.m., wellbeing check, 500 block of Hart Street, City of Hart.
• 7:17 p.m., a 67-year-old Shelby woman was cited for failure to yield following a vehicle crash, Polk Road and State Street, City of Hart. No injuries.

Saturday, Dec. 4, 2021:

• 11 a.m., general assistance, 2000 block of Comfort Drive, City of Hart.
• 2:20 p.m., suspicious situation, 10 block of Hart Street, City of Hart.

Sunday, Dec. 5, 2021:

• 10:08 a.m., vehicle crash, no injuries, US 31 Expressway and Polk Road, City of Hart.
• 11:01 a.m., a 36-year-old Hart man was arrested for violating a personal protection order, 3000 block of 72nd Avenue, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Monday, Dec. 6, 2021:

• 12:39 a.m., suspicious situation, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.
• 8:15 a.m., assault and battery, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.

Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2021:

• 12:28 a.m., mental health complaint, 300 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
• 11:37 a.m., 911 hang-up, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
• Noon, trespassing, 10 block of Orchard Street, City of Hart.
• 2:35 p.m., suspicious situation, 700 block of Courtland Street, City of Hart.
• 6:45 p.m., threat complaint, 50 block of State Street, City of Hart.

Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2021:

• 10:05 a.m., medical assist, 10 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• Noon, wellbeing check, 20 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 2:29 p.m., animal complaint, 300 block of West Main Street, City of Hart.
