78th District Court sentencings, Dec. 9, 2021.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

  • Tristyn Raelynn Kline, 33, of 210 Tinkham, Ludington, was found guilty Nov. 22 of methamphetamine use and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for one day served and $250 in fines and costs. One count of methamphetamine possession was dismissed.
  • Mitchell Lewis Robbins, 25, of 127 Laurel St., Walkerville, was found guilty Nov. 22 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served; outpatient treatment; driver’s license suspended 30 days/restricted 150 days; and $1,255 in fines and costs.
  • Stacey Elaine Allen-Maynard, 40, of (street address not listed), Hesperia, was found guilty Nov. 22 of assault and battery and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $450 in fines and costs.
  • Michael John Gonzales, 49, of 1849 Stafford, Grand Rapids, pleaded “no contest” Sept. 27 to malicious destruction of property $200-$1,000 and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for one day served; $332 in restitution; and $550 in fines and costs. One count of domestic violence was dismissed.
  • Joshua Arthur Mahan, 41, of 1020 W. Larch Ave., Muskegon, was found guilty Nov. 23 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served; six months probation; outpatient treatment; and $1,680 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
  • Troy Frederick Baker, 41, of 9007 Lamos Rd., Montague, pleaded “no contest” Nov. 22 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for 28 days served; outpatient treatment; and $465 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
  • Ryan Edward Weck, 48, of 2169 Evanston Ave., Muskegon, was found guilty Nov. 29 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served; driver’s license suspended 30 days/restricted 150 days; and $1,205 in fines and costs.
  • Ian Douglys Land, 32, of 5568 108th, Coleman, Michigan, wa found guilty Nov. 29 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail and $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
  • Juan Pablo Rodriguez-Pena, 30, of 224 Pine St., Shelby, was found guilty Dec. 2 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $350 in fines and costs. One count of driving with an expired license was dismissed.
  • Ronnie Jay MacKay, 28, of 7132 N. Woodbridge Rd., White Cloud, was found guilty Dec. 2 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $175 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.
  • Dominique Niccolas Hampton, 22, of 2684 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty Dec. 2 of DWLS and was sentenced to 60 days suspended jail with credit for 60 days served and $125 in fines and costs.
  • Owen James Curtice, 20, of 2790 S. Baldwin Ave., Fremont, was found guilty Dec. 2 of unlawful license plate and was sentenced to $395 in fines and costs. Charges of DWLS and operating without insurance were dismissed.
  • Gerardo Vazquez-Cortes, 27, of 321 Lesada Ave., Shelby, was found guilty Nov. 16 of failure to report an accident and was sentenced to $325 in fines and costs.
  • Amanda Lynn Doughterty, 41, of 7169 S. 88th Ave., Rothbury, was found guilty Nov. 22 of dog running at large and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail and $150 in fines and costs.
  • William Alonzo Smith II, 18, of 1326 Shettler Rd., Norton Shores, was found guilty Nov. 24 of unlawful license plate and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs.
  • Richard Mathew Pennell, 67, of 3590 E. Polk Rd., Hart, was found guilty Nov. 24 of dog running at large and was sentenced to $125 in fines and costs.
  • Jose Luis Velasquez, 29, of 44 Rose St., SW, Grand Rapids, was found guilty Nov. 24 of illegal fishing gear and was sentenced to $365 in fines and costs.
  • Rene Mariscal, 59, of 7761 W. Deer Rd., Mears, was found guilty Nov. 24 of expired license and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs.
  • Danielle Marie Johnson, 28, of 218 Pine St., Shelby, was found guilty Nov. 24 of dog running at large and was sentenced to $125 in fines and costs.
  • Dustin Daniel Deckrow, 41, of 3726 Atwater Hills Crt. NE, Grand Rapids, was found guilty Nov. 24 of operating an ORV on a right-of-way and was sentenced to $365 in fines and costs.
  • Joseph Gregory Gerdes, 32, of 2176 W. 15 Mile Rd., Bitely, was found guilty Dec. 2 of a wildlife conservation violation and was sentenced to $375 in fines and costs.
  • Luke Emory Endebrock, 21, of 2336 Fisher Ct., Howell, Michigan, was found guilty Dec. 2 of unlawful license plate and was sentenced to $425 in fines and costs.
  • Sadam Segura, 29, of 2235 N. 56th Ave., Mears, was found guilty of taking a fish with anything other than a single line and was sentenced to $135 in fines and costs.
  • Valerie May Blackney, 34, of (street address not listed) Twin Lake, was found guilty Dec. 1 of possession of open intoxicants and was sentenced to $375 in fines and costs.
  • Michael Paul Blohm, 35, of 3127 W. Tahoe Tr., New Era, was found guilty Dec. 3 of transporting open intoxicants and was sentenced to $375 in fines and costs.

Dismissal

  • Joshua William Huff, 29, of 10710 N. Division Ave., Sparta, one count of marine safety/100-foot rule was dismissed Dec. 6
