HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
Kevin Joseph Brinkman, 23, of 4487 W. Hammett Rd., Pentwater, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Timothy Wayne Meitner, 40, of 191 N. Bogue St., Walkerville, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
Durron DeJohn Thomas, 20, of 5214 Oregon St., Detroit, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of carrying a concealed weapon. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Efrain Cisneros Tejada, 37, of 1129 Parmington Ave., Hart, was arrested by the Shelby Police Department (SPD) for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI). Probable cause hearing: Dec. 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Jessyca Nicole Carpenter, 32, of 2258 N. Lakeshore Dr., Ludington, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
