78th District Court arraignments.
HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
– Lisa Marie Gillespie, 42, of 409 Church St., Hart, was arrested by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 22 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Ki Ann Rae Milk, 20, of 209 Ionia St., Muskegon, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 22 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
– Alfredo Rocha, Jr., 41, of 605 Water St., Hart; HPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: Dec. 16 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Joshua James Hanes, 38, of 7451 W. 4 Mile Rd., Hesperia; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Jan. 6 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance (PR).
– Justin Robert Bolles, 41, 7969 E. Grant Rd., Hesperia; Hesperia Police Department; operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Dec. 9 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $500/cash/surety.
– Randy Wayne Palazzola, 35, of 8867 Stebbins St., Montague; Shelby Police Department; telephone — calling and hanging up. Pretrial: Dec. 2 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Kerri Lee Johnson, 49, of 5230 Lake Harbor Rd., Norton Shores; OCSO; disorderly person — drunk. Pretrial: Jan. 13 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $100/cash.
