HART — The following is recent activity of the Hart Police Department:

Thursday, Oct. 28, 2021:

• 3:47 a.m., a 28-year-old Muskegon Heights man was arrested for assault and battery, 600 block of Water Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
• 5:22 p.m., wellbeing check, 600 block of State Street, City of Hart.

Friday, Oct. 29, 2021:

• 6 a.m., animal complaint, 200 block of West Main Street, City of Hart.
• 10:52 a.m., medical assist, 700 block of East main Street, City of Hart.
• 2:20 p.m., larceny by conversion, 600 block of Union Street, City of Hart.
• 4:06 p.m., a 40-year-old Reed City woman was arrested on a warrant following a disturbance, 600 block of Woodlawn Court, City of Hart. She was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
• 6:44 p.m., disturbance, 50 block of State Street, City of Hart.

Saturday, Oct. 30, 2021:

• 8:45 p.m., fraud complaint, 400 block of Union Street, City of Hart.

Sunday, Oct. 31, 2021:

• 12:25 a.m., car/deer crash, Oceana Drive and Polk Road, City of Hart.
• 10:48 p.m., wellbeing check, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.

Monday, Nov. 1, 2021:

• 4:46 a.m., alarm, 400 block of Wood Street, City of Hart.
• 8:20 a.m., motorist assist, Oceana Drive and State Street, City of Hart.
• 3:15 p.m., suspicious situation, 1000 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 4:01 p.m., found property, 10 block of Creek Drive, City of Hart.

Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2021:

• 3:56 a.m., alarm, 100 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 4:40 p.m., animal complaint, Main and State streets, City of Hart.
• 6:55 p.m., wellbeing check, 3000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.

Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2021:

• 12:44 p.m., suspicious situation, Polk Road and Comfort Drive, City of Hart.
• 9:40 a.m., assault and battery, 20 block of Apple Street, City of Hart.
• 5:07 p.m., vehicle crash, no injuries, State and Washington streets, City of Hart.
• 9:10 p.m., wellbeing check, 20 block of State Street, City of Hart.
