HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
– Tanner Scott Goins, 22, of 4548 Comstock Ave., Hesperia, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC). Probable cause hearing: Nov. 8 at 3 p.m. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Colin Ray Bush, 37, of 260 Sessions Rd., Shelby, was arrested by the Shelby Police Department (SPD) for a felony of assault with a dangerous weapon/felonious assault. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 8 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Bush also faces a misdemeanor charge of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) stemming from an arrest by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO). In a third file, he faces an additional charge of second-offense DWLS stemming from an SPD arrest. Pretrial: Dec. 6 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Luke Frederick Koning, 39, of 4066 35th St., Dorr, Michigan, was arrested by the OCSO for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI). Probable cause hearing: Nov. 8 at 3 p.m. Bail: $750/cash/surety.

- Luke Jacob Satterelli, 36, of 7161 S. Stony Lake Rd., Jackson, Michigan; OCSO; operating an ORV on a right-of-way. Bail: $1,0000/PR.
- Daniel Peter Sampson-Phillips, 29, of 1077 Shonat St., Muskegon; OCSO; operating without insurance and unlawful license plate. Bail: $1,0000/PR.
- Kenneth Allen Gleason, 24, of 393 Elm St., Shelby; OCSO; DWLS. Pretrial: Dec. 2 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
- Robert Joseph Jeffries, 66, of 457 E. Third St., Pentwater; Pentwater Police Department (PPD); larceny less than $200. Pretrial: Nov. 18 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
- Richard Franklin Hanlon, 64, of 2802 N. 128th Ave., Hart; OCSO; DWLS. Bail: $1,000/PR.
- Matthew Glenn Howard, 48, of 5315 W. Woodrow Rd., Shelby; OCSO; improper license. Pretrial: Nov. 18 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
- Daniel Lee Grey, Jr., 54, of 2524 E. Johnson Rd., Shelby; domestic violence. Pretrial: Nov. 18 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
- James Joseph Garcia, 44, of 1158 E. Clock Rd., Hart; fraudulent use of a public utility less than $500. Pretrial: Dec. 9 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
- Melina Jean Youngblood, 33, of 630 Walnut St., Alpena; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating without insurance. Pretrial: Dec. 2 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
- Jorge Antonio Molina II, 24, of 9451 Minnie’s Way Dr., NW, Sparta; OWI. Pretrial: Dec. 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $500/cash/surety.

- Donald Paul Adams, 57, of 1465 E. Mill Rd., Hart; HPD; second-offense DWLS and unlawful license plates. Pretrial: Dec. 6 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
