78th District Court felony arraignments, posted Oct. 29, 2021.
HART — The following were arraigned on felony charges recently in 78th District Court:
– Richard Marc Jobbins, 44, of 10771 Parkwood, Montague, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 1 at 3 p.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Andrew James Lane, 30, of 13484 N. Woodridge Ave., Bitely, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 1 at 3 p.m. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Brandon Alan Cook, 38, of 2980 Solon, Cedar Springs, Michigan, was arrested by the Hesperia Police Department for a felony of third-degree fleeing and eluding police. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 1 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Kevin Mauricio Valle-Flores, 23, of 550 34th St., Wyoming, Michigan, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of carrying a concealed weapon. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 1 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
