HART — The following were arraigned on misdemeanor charges recently in 78th District Court:

• Robert Anthony Curry Carter, 68, of 136 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby; Shelby Police Department (SPD); domestic violence. Pretrial: Nov. 18 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
• Tyler David Wicklund, 38, of 807 W. Loomis St., Ludington; MSP; operating while intoxicated (OWI) and larceny less than $200. Pretrial: Nov. 4 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance (PR).
• Logan Jack Claeys, 19, of 1336 S. 88th Ave., Shelby; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); OWI. Pretrial: Nov. 4 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $750/cash/surety.
• Armando Gregorio Gutierrez, Jr., 32, of 2880 W. Polk Rd., Hart; OCSO; second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Nov. 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
• Jonathan Ochoa, 20, of 5294 S. Dickinson Ave., Fremont; OCSO; disorderly — drunk. Bail: $150/cash/surety.
• Matthew Michael Holcomb, 44, of 315 N. Forrest St., Wayland; Hart Police Department (HPD). Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
