27th Circuit Court sentencings, Oct. 26, 2021:

HART — The following were sentenced in 27th Circuit Court Monday, Oct. 25, 2021:

Hernandez

Eduardo Hernandez, 42, of 11799 Hidden Harbor, Holland, was found guilty Aug. 16 of third-offense operating while intoxicated and carrying a concealed weapon and was sentenced Oct. 25 to 90 days in jail with credit for 66 days served; two years probation; and $490 in fines and costs. His sentence will run consecutively to a case pending in Newaygo County, court records state. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State.

Amanda Rae McMann, 38, of 2494 Whitetail Dr., Rothbury, was found guilty of probation and violation and was sentenced Oct. 25 to 102 days in jail with credit for 102 days served; 18 months probation; and $490 in fines and costs. Probation stems from a March 15, 2021 conviction of methamphetamine possession. She will be placed on electronic monitoring upon her release from jail.
