78th District Court sentencings, Oct. 21, 2021.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

  • Simon Gabriel Saldana, 29, of 6415 Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty Oct. 12 of domestic violence and was sentenced to 93 days in jail with credit for 93 days served. A second count of domestic violence was dismissed.
  • Erin Cathleen Lewis, 28, of 5340 S. 200th Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty Oct. 12 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served; outpatient treatment; and $1,667 in fines, costs and restitution. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
  • Bartolo Fred Salazar, 66, of 3511 N. Ridge Rd., Mears, was found guilty Oct. 12 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); and $1,140 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.
  • Brian Gager, 53, of 3910 S. 180th Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty Oct. 7 of DWLS and was sentenced to $520 in fines and costs. Charges of operating without insurance, improper license and failure to report an accident were dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.
  • Gage Thor Clisch-Garrow, 22, of 3609 Wedgewood Dr., Lansing, was found guilty Oct. 8 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served and $300 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.
  • Justin Matthew Hubbell, 39, of 2101 Ruddiman Dr., N. Muskegon, was found guilty Oct. 4 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail and $350 in fines and costs. One count of driving while license suspended (DWLS) was dismissed.
  • Nicholas Allen Milostan, 23, of 16430 Imlay City Rd., Mussey, Michigan, was found guilty Oct. 6 of operating an ORV while license revoked and was sentenced to $475 in fines and costs.
  • Freda Pearl Allen, 74, of 2459 S. 56th Ave., Shelby, was found guilty Oct. 7 of dog running at large and was sentenced to a $75 fine.
  • Craig Spencer Lipski, 56, of 5182 N. 72nd Ave., Hart, was found guilty Oct. 6 of DWLS and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
  • Felipe Perez, 30, of 128 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby, was found guilty Oct. 7 of improper license and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
  • Claude Will Jones, 30, of 322 E. Cherry St., Fremont, was found guilty Oct. 7 of DWLS and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
  • Keegan Michael Tanis, 25, of 12504 N. Woodbridge Ave., Bitely, was found guilty Oct. 8 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS was dismissed.
  • William Lavearne Deback, 41, of 1674 Madison St., Muskegon, was found guilty Oct. 12 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to one year suspended jail and $450 in fines and costs.
  • Marco Antonio Guerrero, 40, of 1150 E. Clock Rd., Hart, was found guilty Oct. 8 of DWLS and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served and $400 in fines and costs. A second count of DWLS was dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.
  • Samuel Jese Garcia-Alvarado, 39, of 12013 State Rd., Nunica, was found guilty Oct. 8 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. Charges of operating without security and unlawful license plates were dismissed.
  • Michael J. Wilson, 21, of 420 Wilson Ave., SW, Grand Rapids, was found guilty Oct. 8 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served and $300 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.
  • Timothy Wayne Meitner, 40, of 4647 N. 180th Ave., Walkerville, was found guilty Oct. 7 of DWLS and was sentenced to $525 in fines and costs. Charges of transporting open intoxicants and operating without security were dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.
  • Tyler Rae Latham, 24, of 3310 E. Skeels Rd., Holton, was found guilty Oct. 7 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $350 in fines and costs. One count of improper license was dismissed.
