HART — The following were arraigned recently on felony charges in 78th District Court:
– Elwell Thomas McFadden, 64, of 8777 E. Ruth Rd., Branch, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 1 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Leandro Borrego, 42, of 354 Pine St., Shelby, was arrested by the Shelby Police Department (SPD) for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI). Probable cause hearing: Nov. 1 at 3 p.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Borrego also faces a felony of fugitive from justice. Extradition hearing: Oct. 18 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Gustavo Ramos, Jr., 42, of 1593 Hammett Rd., Hart, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of delivery/manufacture of a narcotic or cocaine. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 18 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/personal recognizance.
– Sean Leroy Johns, 32, of 5415 Skeels Rd., Holton, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of fourth-degree fleeing a police officer. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 18 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Kristian James Zilioz, 26, of 9680 W. Chatfield Ave., Littleton, Colorado, was arrested by SSCENT for a felony of delivery/manufacture of a narcotic or cocaine. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 18 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety. (Mugshot unavailable.)
– Ernesto Lara-Vega, 42, of 6095 Taylor Rd., Mears, was arrested by SSCENT for a felony of delivery/manufacture of a narcotic or cocaine. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 1 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Manuel Garza Martinez, 66, of 644 Abel Dr., Elsa, Texas, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of fugitive from justice. Extradition hearing: Oct. 18 at 2 p.m. Bail: $75,000/cash/surety.
– Sam Benjamin Mitteer, 32, of 1527 W. Arthur Rd., New Era, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of third-offense OWI. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 1 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Steven Scott Monroe, 58, of 882 Irwin Ave., Muskegon, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of third-offense OWI and a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Sentencing: Nov. 22 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,000/ personal recognizance.
– Kevin Mauricio Valle-Flores, 23, of 550 34th St., SW, Wyoming, Michigan, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of carrying a concealed weapon. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 1 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
