HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

  • Allen

    Jamonte Javar Allen, 25, of 436 Catawba Ave., Muskegon, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 12 at 3 p.m. Bail: $75,000/cash/surety.

 

  • Steven Scott Monroe, 58, of 882 Irwin Ave., Muskegon, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI). Sentencing hearing: Oct. 12 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,000/cash/surety.

  • Jeremy Lawrence Wicker, 33, of 2349 S. 118th Ave., Shelby; OCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Oct. 21 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
  • Arturo Guereca-Juarez, 27, of 531 S. Harvey St., Shelby; OCSO; OWI. Pretrial: Nov. 4 at 11 a.m. Bail: $750/cash/surety.
  • Karolyn Kay Buozis, 61, of 520 E. Main St., Hart; HPD; OWI. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
  • Jennifer Lynn Tjapkes, 31, of 7294 S. Forest Glen Rd., Rothbury; OCSO; domestic violence. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
  • Suante G. Davis, 46, of 3379 5th St., Muskegon Heights; OCSO; DWLS. Pretrial: Oct. 21 at 2 p.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
  • Jaime Gutierrez, 32, of 339 Dewey St., Shelby; HPD; DWLS. Pretrial: Oct. 28 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
  • Ronnie Jay MacKay, 27, of 7132 N. Woodridge Rd., White Cloud; OCSO; operating without insurance. Pretrial: Oct. 28 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
  • Suante G. Davis, 46, of 3379 5th St., Muskegon Heights; OCSO; operating without insurance. Pretrial: Oct. 21 at 2 p.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
  • Donald William Schrumpf, 69, of 455 West St., Muskegon; DNR; fishing with more than two lines. Pretrial: Oct. 21 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
  • Tia Renee Walker, 42, of 613 Griswold St., Hart; HPD; allowing a dangerous dog to run at large. Pretrial: Nov. 4 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
  • Sean Leroy Johns, 32, of 585 Strawberry Lane, Muskegon; OCSO; driving while license suspended (DWLS), operating without insurance and unlawful license plate. Pretrial: Oct. 21 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
  • Daniel Jon Dubois, 41, of 98 Ferry St., Shelby; Shelby Police Department (SPD); DWLS. Pretrial: Oct. 21 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
  • Terrie Jean Sawdy, 43, of 536 Harvey St., Shelby; Oceana County Animal Control (ACOC); dog running at large. Pretrial: Oct. 28 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
  • Avery George Bartlett, 22, of 5182 General Squirre Rd., Dryden, Michigan; Department of Natural Resources (DNR); operating an off-road vehicle (ORV) on a highway or right-of-way. Pretrial: Oct. 14 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
