HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

  Jamonte Javar Allen, 25, of 436 Catawba Ave., Muskegon, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 12 at 3 p.m. Bail: $75,000/cash/surety.

• Steven Scott Monroe, 58, of 882 Irwin Ave., Muskegon, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI). Sentencing hearing: Oct. 12 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,000/cash/surety.

• Jennifer Lynn Tjapkes, 31, of 7294 S. Forest Glen Rd., Rothbury; OCSO; domestic violence. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

• Avery George Bartlett, 22, of 5182 General Squirre Rd., Dryden, Michigan; Department of Natural Resources (DNR); operating an off-road vehicle (ORV) on a highway or right-of-way. Pretrial: Oct. 14 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
