27th Circuit Court sentencings, Oct. 6, 2021.

HART — The following were sentenced Monday, Oct. 4, in 27th Circuit Court:

– Kenneth Delos-Lee Humphreys, 20, of 2250 Loop Rd., Shelby, was found guilty of probation violation Oct. 4 and sentenced to 193 days in jail with credit for 178 days served; probation continued; and $258 in fines and costs. Probation stems from a Feb. 8, 2021 conviction of taser possession. 

– Sean W. Johnson, 36, of 2857 E. White Lake Dr., Twin Lake, was found guilty of probation violation Oct. 4 and sentenced to 150 days in jail with credit for 85 days served; probation continued; and $308 in fines and costs. Probation stems from an April 5, 2021

conviction of possession of analogues.

– Damian Lee Schaefer, 22, of 1258 S. Wolf Lake Rd., Muskegon, was found guilty July 26 of controlled substance possession and was sentenced to 40 days in jail with credit for 40 days served and $198 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Drew Edward Beatty, 24, of 542 Harrison, Belding, Michigan, was found guilty Oct. 4 of probation violation and sentenced to 120 days in jail with credit for 15 days served; two years probation; $1,005 in restitution; and a $43 fine. Probation stems from an Oct. 19, 2020 conviction of breaking and entering with intent.
