HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

– Nikolas Paul Martin, 20, of 139 S. Menes St., Walkerville; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office: unlawful driving away of an automobile and third-degree fleeing a police officer. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Terry Scott Vreeland, 48, of 8891 120th Ave., Hart; Michigan State Police; assault with a dangerous weapon and two counts of assaulting/resisting /obstructing police. Bail: $25,000/personal recognizance.

– Tristyn Raelynn Kline, 33, of 210 Tinkham, Ludington; OCSO; methamphetamine possession. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Michael Paul Cubitt, 44, of 1583 E. Monroe St., White Cloud; Hesperia Police Department; third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI). Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Jason Garth Spoelhof, 23, of 948 Aurora Ave., Muskegon; OCSO; narcotic/cocaine possession. Bail:

$50,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Spoelhof is also charged with misdemeanors of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS), second-offense DWLS and improper license plate.

– Keith Elmer Gager, Jr., 39, of 5525 E. Deer Rd., Walkerville; OCSO; breaking and entering with intent and assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Gager is also charged with misdemeanors of malicious destruction of property (MDOP) less than $200, unlawful license plate, second-offense DWLS and operating without insurance.

– Drew Edward Beatty, 24, of 8808 Cook St., Montague; MSP; larceny $1,000-$20,000. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Cubitt

– Amanda Rae McMann, 38, of 2494 White Tail Dr., Rothbury; OCSO; possession/sale of a taser and a misdemeanor of possession of open intoxicants. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Adam Joseph Scovill, 39, of 3241 Hogan Rd., Pentwater; MSP; third-offense OWI. Bail: $750/cash/surety.

– Antonio Rocha, Jr., 26, of 6827 126th Ave., Hart; State, Sheriff’s, Chief’s Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT); two counts of controlled substance delivery/manufacture. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.

– Kyler James-Joseph Welch, 18, of 64 S. Michigan Ave., Shelby; Shelby Police Department; two counts of unlawful driving away of an automobile and a misdemeanor of trespassing. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
