27th Circuit Court sentencings, Sept. 29, 2021.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court by Judge Robert D. Springstead:

Tatro

Timothy Mark Tatro, 35, of 8930 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced Sept. 27 to 83 days in jail with credit for 73 days served and one year probation. “The court will suspend incarceration upon the defendant having adequate housing,” court records state. Probation stems from a Nov. 16, 2020 conviction of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police.

Jaime Gutierrez, 32, of 339 Dewey St., Shelby, was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced Sept. 27 to 55 days in jail with credit for 45 days served and $538 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from a June 3, 2019 conviction of delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance, is revoked. “Upon payment of his financial assessments, the defendant may be released from jail,” his court file states.
