HART — The following were recently arraigned in 78th District Court on misdemeanor charges:

• John Mark McGhan, 67, of 943 W. Polk Rd., Hart; operating while intoxicated (OWI); Hart Police Department (HPD). Pretrial: Sept. 23 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.

• Joshua Arthur Mahan, 40, of 1020 W. Larch Ave., Muskegon; OWI; Michigan State Police (MSP). Pretrial: Sept. 23 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $350/cash/surety.

• Jeremy Charles Gordanier, 29, of 50 Shaw St., Hesperia; two counts of domestic violence in separate cases; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO). Contempt hearing: Sept. 23 at 9 a.m. Pretrial: Sept. 23 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $625/cash/surety.

• Samantha Jo Reed, 33, of 5134 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia; domestic violence; OCSO. Pretrial: Sept. 23 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $350/cash/surety.

• Michael William Reid, 64, of 4120 Orchard Dr., Hart; malicious destruction of property (MDOP) less than $200; MSP. Bail: $150/cash/surety. Reid is also charged in separate file on charges of stalking and trespassing stemming from an MSP arrest. Bail: $350/cash/surety. Pretrial: Sept. 16 at 9:15 a.m. 

• Matthew Scott Andreas, 36, of 7067 S. Apple Hill Dr., Rothbury; domestic violence; OCSO. Pretrial: Sept. 30 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

• Troy Frederick Baker, 40, of 27 N. Elliot St., Shelby; OWI; Shelby Police Department (SPD). Pretrial: Sept. 16 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Baker is charged with assault and battery in a separate file stemming from an SPd arrest. Settlement conference: Sept. 20 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety.

• Nicholas Scott Simon, 17, of 2240 W. Woodrow Rd., Shelby; OWI; OCSO. Bail: $250/cash/surety.

• Marco Antonio Guerrero, 40, of 1150 E. Clock Rd., Hart; second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS); OCSO. Pretrial: Sept. 16 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $100/cash/surety.

• Steven Lynn Landis, 33, of 4869 Wayne Ave., Pentwater; DWLS; OCSO. Pretrial: Sept. 16 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.

• Kiara Kay Tyler, 22, of 744 W. Fillmore Rd., Hart; DWLS; OCSO. Pretrial: Sept. 23 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.

• Kayley Jean Baxter, 23, of 2289 Loop Rd., Shelby; failure to report an accident; OCSO. Pretrial: Sept. 23 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.

• Keegan Michael Tanis, 25, of 12504 N. Woodbridge Ave., Bitely; DWLS: OCSO. Pretrial: Sept. 16 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.

• Bruce Allen Leiter, 35, of 260 Sessions Rd., Shelby; operating an unregistered vehicle, improper license and two counts of operating without insurance; SPD/OCSO/MSP. Pretrial: Sept. 23 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

• Thomas Carl Cryderman, 35, of 268 Munn St., Hesperia; fishing with more than two lines and fishing without a license; Department of Natural Resources (DNR). Pretrial: Sept. 16 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $25/cash/surety.

• Gage Thor Clisch-Garrow, 22, of 3609 Wedgewood Dr., Lansing; operating without insurance; OCSO. Pretrial: Sept. 16 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.

• Luke Emory Endebrock, 21, of 2336 Fisher Crt., Howell; unlawful license plate; OCSO. Pretrial: Sept. 16 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.

• William John Sarber II, 40, of 23 160th Ave., Hesperia; animals running at large; OCSO. Pretrial: Sept. 23 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.

• Michael Lee Terryn, 49, of 5108 W. Polk Rd., Hart; improper license; HPD. Pretrial: Sept. 16 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.

• Juan Pablo Rodriguez-Pena, 30, of 224 Pine St., Shelby; expired license; HPD. Pretrial: Sept. 30 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.

• Michael J. Wilson, 21, of 420 Wilson Ave., Grand Rapids; operating without security; OCSO. Pretrial: Sept. 23 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.

• Samuel Jese Garcia-Alvarado, 39, of 12013 State Rd., Nunica; operating without insurance and unlawful license plate; OCSO. Pretrial: Sept. 16 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
