Man, 74, arrested for ‘super drunk driving’ following crash.
GREENWOOD TOWNSHIP — A 74-year-old Muskegon man was arrested by Oceana County sheriff’s deputies Sunday, Aug. 15, at 7 p.m. for operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC)/super drunk driving following a non-injury crash on South Maple Island Road near Skeels Road, said Oceana County Sheriff Craig Mast.

Friday, Aug. 13, 2021:
- 2:33 a.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), a 31-year-old Rothbury man was cited for driving while license suspended (DWLS), South 88th Avenue near Winston Road, Grant Township.
Saturday, Aug. 14, 2021:
- Midnight, (OCSO), a 37-year-old Big Rapids man was arrested for methamphetamine possession and DWLS, East Madison Road, Crystal Township.
- 7:34 a.m., (OCSO), a 39-year-old Cassopolis, Michigan man was arrested for operating while intoxicated (OWI), Jackson Road, Crystal Township.
- 11:46 a.m., (OCSO), five fishing poles and two Dewalt cordless drills were stolen in a break-in, 7500 block of 96th Avenue, Weare Township.
- 6:07 p.m., (OCSO), a 22-year-old Twin Lake man was arrested for DWLS, Silver Lake Road, Golden Township.
- 8:11 p.m., (Michigan State Police), a 30-year-old Hart woman was arrested on a fugitive warrant and a 29-year-old Mears man was cited for DWLS, 64th Avenue and Fourth Street, Mears.
- 10:18 p.m., (OCSO), domestic assault, no arrest, 5100 block of West Fox Road, Golden Township.
Sunday, Aug. 15, 2021:
- 12:30 p.m., (MSP), a green Kawasaki Side-x-Side with a camouflage roof was stolen, 128th Avenue and Skeels Road, Otto Township.
