GRAND HAVEN — The Shelby Marching Tigers had their first performance of the year Saturday, Aug. 7, in the US Coast Guard Festival Parade.

“The students just wrapped up a successful band camp on Aug. 6 and have a lot of work to do before the football season starts up for the school year,” said Shelby Band Director Erin Ray. “It’s refreshing to get whoever we can back together to make some music. We look forward to representing our community in the future.”
