78th District Court sentencings, July 30, 2021.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:
- Joshua Michael Flanery, 27, of 64 Michigan Ave., Shelby, was found guilty of assault and was sentenced July 19 to 93 days suspended jail with credit for 21 days served and a $75 fine.
- Alicia Mae Torrie, 37, of 2463 Whitetail Dr., Rothbury, was found guilty of improper license and was sentenced July 26 to 90 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $150 in fines and costs. In a separate file, Torrie was found guilty of methamphetamine use and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for one day served and $450 in fines and costs. One felony count of methamphetamine possession was dismissed. Convictions reportable to SOS.
- Angela Marie Rice (street address not available), Whitehall, was found guilty of operating while impaired and was sentenced July 19 to 93 days suspended jail; Alcohol Highway Safety Education; and $1,105 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.
- Robert Joseph Baker, 23, of 8241 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty of operating without insurance and was sentenced July 26 to one year suspended jail with credit for one day served and $450 in fines and costs.
- Rachel Lynnette Felix, 38, of 9058 N. Business 31, Pentwater, was found guilty of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced July 26 to 90 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $200 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.
