The following is activity of the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office over the weekend:
Friday, July 16, 2021:
- 5:03 a.m., assault, North 88th Avenue, Hart Township.
Saturday, July 17, 2021:
- 1:41 a.m., an 18-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for assaulting/resisting/obstructing police following a noise complaint, South 184th Avenue, Newfield Township.
- 11:38 a.m., a 44-year-old Muskegon man was arrested on outstanding warrants for drugs and weapons, South Elm Street, Ferry Township.
- 7:20 p.m., larceny, West Hawley Street, Newfield Township.
- 8:03 p.m., a 31-year-old Lansing man was cited for driving while license suspended (DWLS), North 34th Avenue, Golden Township.
- 8:45 p.m., a 42-year-old Holton man was cited for DWLS and no insurance, East Skeels Road, Greenwood Township.
- 8:51 p.m., a 20-year-old Hart man was arrested for possession of suboxone, DWLS and improper license plate, Green Street, Ferry Township.
Sunday, July 18, 2021:
- 1:22 a.m., a 20-year-old Muskegon man was cited for minor in possession of alcohol and was arrested on a warrant, West Roosevelt Road, Grant Township.
- 7:04 a.m., a 31-year-old Rothbury man was arrested for operating while intoxicated following a crash, West Cleveland Road, Grant Township.
- 12:15 p.m., a 40-year-old Mears woman is a suspect in an assault and battery at the Golden Eatery, West Fox Road, Golden Township. The case has been turned over to the Oceana County Prosecutor’s Office.
