78th District Court sentencings, July 19, 2021.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:
- Daniel Richard Vannett, 36, of 11527 Fourth St., Montague, was found guilty July 1 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served and $475 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
- Alan Arthur Cole, 31, of 5995 N. 192nd Ave., Walkerville, was found guilty July 1 of transporting open intoxicants and was sentenced to $350 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
- Joshua Corwin Jackson, 35, of 7425 W. 4 Mile Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty of improper license and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
- Adam Richard McCann, 37, of 302 Wood St., Hart, was found guilty July 1 of unlawful license plate and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
- Jeffery Donald Ross, 30, of 431 E. Lincoln Ave., Reed City, was found guilty July 1 of improper license and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
- Andrew Alan Cuddeback, 35, of 5150 E. Hightower Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty July 1 of DWLS and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served and $465 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. Charges of second-offense DWLS and assault and battery were dismissed.
- Michael Jacob Kittel, 31, of 7051 W. Shelby Rd., Shelby, was found guilty June 29 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for one day served and $400 in fines and costs.
- Valerie Ann Monroe, 44, of 1311 W. Jackson Rd., Hart, was found guilty June 7 of embezzlement less than $200 and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for two days served; $1,860 in restitution; and $535 in fines and costs.
- David Scott Stanley, 40, of 3893 E. Yonker Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty June 29 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for one day served and $400 in fines and costs. One count of improper license was dismissed.
- Trad Paul Sheafor, 31, of 5825 W. 7th St., Mears, was found guilty June 28 of improper license and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail and $150 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. He was also found guilty of operating without security and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for one day served and $450 in fines and costs.
- Glen Bradshaw Harbin, 48, of 5437 2nd St., Pentwater, was found guilty July 8 of attempted assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and was sentenced to two days suspended jail with credit for two days served and $435 in fines and costs.
- Tiffany Marie Andree, 37, of 9577 192nd Ave., Branch, was found guilty July 9 of DWLS and was sentenced to $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of giving false information to a police officer was dismissed.
- Gordon Leon Davis, Jr., 49, of 6020 Hazekamp Ct., Muskegon, was found guilty July 9 of improper license and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served and $425 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. Charges of unlawful license plate and operating without insurance were dismissed.
- Christopher Richard Gale, 51, of 3690 W. VanBuren Rd., Hart, was found guilty July 9 of dog running at large and was sentenced to $350 in fines and costs.
- Tracy John Straub, 34, of 179 Jebavy Dr., Ludington, was found guilty July 9 of DWLS and was sentenced to $570 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of second-offense DWLS was dismissed.
- Dane Andrew Neino, Jr., 24, of 3109 Jefferson St., Muskegon, was found guilty July 9 of DWLS and was sentenced to $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
- Thomas Anthony Bosse, 57, of 1221 Water Rd., Hart, was found guilty July 12 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for one day served and $450 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS was dismissed.
- Zachary Ryan Evans, 26, of 1085 Kenneth St., Muskegon, was found guilty July 12 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days in jail with credit for one day served; outpatient treatment; and $1,230 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
- Patricia Ann Rainer, 72, of 11852 S. Fitzgerald Ave., Grant, was found guilty July 12 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for one day served and $450 fines and costs.
- Melenda Andrews Whipple, 32, of 2316 Pinewood Blvd., Bitely, was found guilty July 12 of failure to display a valid license and improper license and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served and $300 in fines and costs. Convictions reportable to SOS.
