HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felony

• Ramon Gregorio Fernandez, 47, of 605 Railroad Place, Traverse City; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); felony of narcotic/cocaine possession and a misdemeanor of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Bail: $500/cash.

Misdemeanors

• Shawn Louise Bertram, 48, of 7990 192nd Ave., Hesperia; Hesperia Police Department: DWLS. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
• Billy Richard Huzar, 43, of 3591 S. Water Rd., New Era; OCSO; DWLS. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
• Armando Gergorio Gutierrez, 31, of 2880 W. Polk Rd., Hart; Michigan State Police (MSP); second-offense DWLS. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
• Robert Lee Johnson, 51, of 1300 W. Woodrow Rd., Shelby; OCSO; DWLS. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
• Justin Matthew Hubbell, 39, of 2101 Ruddiman Dr., North Muskegon; Hesperia PD; DWLS. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
• Daniel Robert Lash, 27, of 927 W. Lake Dr., Fremont; MSP; domestic violence. Bail: $500/cash.
• Brandon Dean McMann, 30, of 5691 N. 88th Ave., Hart; Shelby Police Department; DWLS. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. McMann faces another charge of DWLS stemming from an OCSO citation, according to court records.
• Cesar Leon Aguilar, 20, of 5702 Okemos Trail, New Era; OCSO; larceny $200-$1,000. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
• Joshua William Dormer, 30, of 6140 Mills Hwy., Eaton Rapids, Michigan; OCSO; DWLS. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
• Jason Allan Wolffis, 43, of 7872 Marvin Rd., Holton; OCSO; DWLS. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
• Hollis Elvin Edwards, Jr., 25, of 2725 E. Forrest St., Rothbury; OCSO; DWLS. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
• Brian Jay Kolk, 46, of 319 Circle Dr., Fremont; OCSO; DWLS. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
• Brandon Scott Thrailkill, 28, homeless; OCSO; squatting. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
• Thomas Louis Kleyn, 32, of 17168 Dune View Dr., Grand Haven; MSP; larceny $200-$1,000. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
• Nicole Ann Johnson, (age unavailable), 1124 6th Ave., Lake Odessa, Michigan; OCSO; transporting open intoxicants. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
• Mark Anthony Swenor, 58, of 104 Washington St., Hart; Hart Police Department; failure to report an accident and improper license. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
• Amber Rashell Masta, 41, of 9411 W. 12 Mile Rd., Walkerville; OCSO; transporting open intoxicants. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
