Thursday, June 24, 2021:

• 4:35 p.m., juvenile runaway, 300 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
• 6:41 p.m., a 30-year-old Shelby man was cited for expired license nd child restraint violation, Polk Road and Oceana Drive, City of Hart

Friday, June 25, 2021:

• 2:30 a.m., motorist assist, Harrison Road and 72nd Avenue, Hart Township.
• 11:30 a.m., civil property dispute, 600 block of Union Street, City of Hart.
• 12:30 p.m., a 42-year-old Hart woman was arrested for domestic assault, 400 block of Church Street, City of Hart. She was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
• 7:30 p.m., indecent exposure, 10 block of Park Street, City of Hart.

Saturday, June 26, 2021:

• 11:50 a.m., larceny theft from a vehicle, 3000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.
• 1 p.m., medical assist, 400 block of Lincoln Street, City of Hart.
• 4:14 p.m., disturbance, 800 block of Dryden Street, City of Hart.
• 7:24 p.m., general assistance/lockout, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.

• 11:35 p.m., a 24-year-old Hart man was arrested for second-offense operating while intoxicated, Hart Street and East Main streets, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Wednesday, June 30, 2021:

• 10:25 a.m., animal complaint, 10 block of Hart Street, City of Hart.
• 3:45 p.m., malicious destruction of property, 600 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart.
• 5:26 p.m. vehicle crash, no injuries, Lincoln and Water streets, City of Hart.
• 6:53 p.m., medical assist, 10 block of Park Street, City of Hart.
• 9:18 p.m., a 39-year-old Shelby man was arrested for assault and battery, 200 block of Church Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
• 11:43 p.m., disturbance, Courtland and Mechanic streets, City of Hart.
