Deputies busy with drunk driving, DWLS arrests.
The following is recent Oceana County Sheriff’s Office activity:
Tuesday, June 15, 2021:
- 1:12 a.m., a 49-year-old White Cloud man was cited for driving while license suspended (DWLS), South 194th Avenue, Greenwood Township.
- 12:12 p.m., a 30-year-old Hart man is a suspect in an assault, West Monroe Road, Weare Township. The case is pending prosecutor review.
- 4:39 p.m., a 37-year-old Muskegon man is a suspect in an assault, South Michigan Avenue, Grant Township. The case is pending prosecutor review.
Wednesday, June 16, 2021:
- 2:54 a.m., a 31-year-old Holt man was arrested for operating while intoxicated (OWI), DWLS and cocaine possession, northbound US 31, Pentwater Township.
- 10:47 a.m., a 30-year-old Walkerville woman was cited for DWLS, East Tyler Road, Leavitt Township.
- 7:07 p.m., a 60-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for OWI and DWLS, South 204th Avenue, Newfield Township.
- 8:53 p.m., a 35-year old Muskegon woman was cited for DWLS, and a passenger — a 47-year-old Muskegon man — was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued in Muskegon, East Skeels Road, Otto Township.
