Lane closures on northbound US 31 begin Monday.

PENTWATER — Lane closures for bridge work will be in effect this Monday, June 14, through Thursday, June 17, on northbound US 31 over the north branch of the Pentwater River, according to Michigan Department of Transportation Communications Representative John Richard.

The lane closures will be in effect from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. just north of the Monroe Road/US 31 Business Route exit 154.

The work is weather dependent.
