HART — The following were arraigned on misdemeanor charges recently in 78th District Court:

• Justin Dale Price, 29, of 19296 Van Buren St., Holland, Michigan; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); operating while intoxicated. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: May 13 at 10 a.m.
• Joshua Lamont Moore, 35, of 5800 W. 7th St., Mears; Michigan State Police; malicious destruction of property $200-$1,000. Bail: $250/cash/surety. Pretrial: May 27 at 11 a.m.
• Jacob Marvin Haynes, 19, of 405 W. Ashland Rd., Twin Lake; Shelby Police Department (SPD); operating without insurance. Bail: $250/cash/surety. Pretrial: May 20 at 1:15 p.m.
• Timothy James Fox, 37, of 61661 M 43, Bangor, Michigan; SPD; second-offense driving while license suspended. Bail: $500/cash/surety. Pretrial: May 13 at 9:30 a.m.
• Daniel Lee Cygeirt, 33, of 8336 Holton Duck Lake Rd., Holton; OCSO; failure to stop at a property damage accident. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: May 6 at 2 p.m.
