Medical event may have caused crash.
PENTWATER TOWNSHIP — A 76-year-old Pentwater man is believed to have had a medical event while driving and crashed a pickup truck into a tree on Longbridge Road near Mohawk Street Monday, April 26, shortly after 5:30 p.m., according to Lt. Shane Hasty of the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office.
According to dispatch information, the man said he “blacked out.”
Pentwater Fire Department and Life EMS also responded to the scene.
