HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

• Dominique Niccolas Hampton, 21, of 2684 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) on felony charges of methamphetamine possession and carrying a concealed weapon. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: April 19 at 3 p.m. Hampton also faces a second methamphetamine possession charge and misdemeanor charges of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and unlawful license plates stemming from a Hesperia Police Department arrest, according to court records. He faces a second DWLS charge stemming from an arrest by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO).

• Kristapher Michael Grossman, 22, of 8507 S. 72nd Ave., Montague, was arrested by the Shelby Police Department (SPD) for a felony of fourth-degree fleeing a police officer. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: April 26 at 3 p.m.

• Kevin Steven Lenz, 45, of 8527 Robinhood Dr., Montague, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer. Bail:$3,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: April 26 at 3 p.m.

• Jenifer Lynn Delapaz, 44, of 1002 E. Colby Rd., Whitehall, was arrested by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a felony of carrying a concealed weapon. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: April 26 at 3 p.m.

-Daniel Jenaro Quijas, 57, of 320 E. Main St., Hart; MSP; failure to report an accident and DWLS. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: April 15 at 1:45 p.m.

-Amanda Lynn Steffes, 30, of 7308 160th Ave., Walkerville; OSCO; DWLS and unlawful license plate. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: April 15 at 11:30 a.m.

-Jeffery Scott Decheny, Jr., 39, of 5299 S. 168th Ave., Hesperia; Hesperia PD; operating without insurance. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: April 22 at 9:30 a.m.

-Nancy Lucille Perez, 46, of 416 E. Jefferson St., Hart; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: April 15 at 11:30 a.m.

-Austin James Deltour, 21, of 9075 S. Mack Rd., Baldwin; OCSO; DWLS and operating an unregistered vehicle. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: April 22 at 10 a.m.

-Michael John Gonzales, 48, of 6782 W. Deer Rd., Mears; OCSO; transporting open intoxicants. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: April 22 at 1:15 p.m.

-Ismael Gonzalez, Jr., 30, of 2707 W. Lake Rd., Hart; OCSO; second-offense DWLS. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: April 15 at 1:15 p.m.

-Donna Lee Becker, 59, of 6371 Basswood Dr., Pentwater; operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC). Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: April 22 at 1:30 p.m.

-Charles Edward Baird II, 38, of 309 Andover Dr., London, Ohio; OCSO; operating without insurance. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: April 22 at 9:30 a.m.

-Andy Borrego, 38, of 504 Union St., Hart; MSP; operating without insurance. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: April 22 at 1:30 p.m.

-Kevin Joseph Brinkman, 23, of 4487 W. Hammett Rd., Pentwater; Pentwater Police Department; domestic violence and malicious destruction of property less than $200. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: April 22 at 9:45 a.m.

-Phillip John Anderson, 40, of 1856 N. 56th Ave., Mears; Department of Natural Resources (DNR); solid waste — disposal of refuse at a non-licensed facility. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: April 22 at 10:15 a.m.

-Hailee Elizabeth Tarket, 21, of 8602 Robinhood Dr., Montague; OCSO; operating while intoxicated and DWLS. Bail: $1,750/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: April 29 at 11 a.m.

-Eric Steven Helkamp, 51, of 180 E. Lowell St., Pentwater; SPD; operating with a high BAC. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: April 22 at 1:15 p.m.

-Alexander Lee Evelhoch, 26, of 5292 N. Dickinson Ave., Hesperia; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: April 22 at 1:45 p.m.
