HART — The following were recently arraigned in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Aguirre

– Ricky Lee Aguirre, 44, of 417 S. Courtland St., Hart, was arrested by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for two felony counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and one misdemeanor count of domestic violence. Preliminary exam: March 29 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.

Schaefer

– Damian Lee Schaefer, 21, of 1258 S. Wolf Lake Rd., Muskegon, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of controlled substance possession — narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams. Preliminary exam: April 5 at 3 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Pulsipher

– Joesph Cruz Pulsipher, 25, of 4570 N. 176th Ave., Walkerville, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of second-degree home invasion. Preliminary exam: April 5 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

• Shelby William Evans, 24, of 198 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby; Shelby Police Department (SPD); operating without insurance and violation of a restricted license. Pretrial: April 1 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $500/cash.
• Gregory Milton Quillin, 41, of 4890 Winesap Dr., Muskegon; Michigan State Police (MSP); assault and battery. Pretrial: April 8 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $750/cash.
• Amy Marie Dodge, 33, of 1116 S. 132nd Ave., Shelby; OCSO; failure to report an accident to fixtures and failure to report an accident. Pretrial: April 1 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance.
• Samantha Jo Hays, 37, of 7531 S. 48th Ave., Montague; HPD; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: April 1 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $100/cash.
• Christopher Michael Calli, 48, of 6001 W M 115, Cadillac; OCSO; operating out of bounds/pedestrian area of a state park. Pretrial: April 1 at 2 p.m. Bail: $500/cash/surety.
• Cameron Scott Lohman, 22, of 785 N. 176th Ave., Walkerville; OCSO; DWLS. Pretrial: April 8 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/personal.
• Ariel Lynn Ware, 25, of 1295 N. Water Rd., Hart; HPD; DWLS. Pretrial: April 1 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal.
• Tristan James Baker, 20, of 417 Lincoln St., Hart; HPD; operating without insurance. Pretrial: April 8 at 1:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal.
• Jeremy Allen Morgan, 33, of 1822 N. 56th Ave., Mears; HPD; second-offense domestic violence. Pretrial: April 1 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
• Steven Lynn Landis, 32, of 1295 N. Water Rd., Hart; HPD; fourth-degree child abuse. Pretrial: April 1 at 9:15 am.. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
