HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 78th District Court:

Felonies

• 

  Singer

  Angela Rae Singer, 38, of 6089 W. Clay Rd., Rothbury, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of embezzlement $1,000-$20,000. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: March 29 at 3 p.m.

  Lorenz

  Cadenn Douglas Lorenz, 28, of W. Melody Ln., Hart, was arrested by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: March 29 at 3 p.m. Lorenz also faces misdemeanor charges of operating without insurance, failure to display a valid license and unlawful license plates.

Misdemeanors

• Joseph Cruz Pulsipher, 25, of 4570 N. 176th Ave., Walkerville; OCSO; failure to stop at a personal injury accident. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent. In a separate file, Cruz is charged with assault stemming from a Michigan State Police (MSP) arrest. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: March 25 at 11 a.m. 
• Danielle Marie Velez, 50, of 414 Dryden St., Hart; HPD; driving while license not valid. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: March 25 at 1:45 p.m.
• Austyn Kevin Liebeskind, 23, of 6464 River Rd., Cass City, Michigan; OCSO; second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: April 1 at 9 a.m.
• Joseph Christopher Peterson, 25, of 659 W. Wilke Rd., Rothbury; OCSO; operating without insurance. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: March 25 at 9:15 a.m.
• Hector Louis Navaro, 40, of 2241 E. Ferry St., Shelby; Michigan State Police (MSP); failure to display a valid license. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: April 1 at 11:15 a.m.
• Suante G. Davis, 45, of 3379 5th St., Muskegon Heights; OCSO; operating without insurance. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: March 25 at 1:30 p.m.
• Christopher Duwayne Prell, 24, of 8037 E. Baker Rd., Hesperia; OCSO; domestic violence. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: April 1 at 10 a.m.
• Lorance Anthony Butler, 40, of 261 W. Barton St., Newaygo; Hesperia Police Department; operating without insurance. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: April 1 at 11 a.m.
• Michael Frank Scheidegger, 48, of 7087 S. Oceana Dr., Rothbury; OCSO; snowmobiles — improper attachment/registration/decal. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: March 25 at 9:30 a.m.
