The following is recent activity of the Hart Police Department:

Thursday, March 4, 2021:

• 3 p.m., harassment complaint, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.
• 1 p.m., found property, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 5 p.m., harassment complaint, 700 bock of Courtland Street, City of Hart.

Friday, March 5, 2021:

• 3:09 p.m., a 33-year-old Hart man was arrested for domestic assault, 500 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Saturday, March 6, 2021:

• 12:15 a.m., motorist assist, Polk Road and State Street, City of Hart.
• 12:23 p.m., civil matters, 10 block of State Street, City of Hart. 
• 10 a.m., disturbance, 10 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 2 p.m.,  a 32-year-old Hart man was arrested for fourth-degree child abuse, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Sunday, March 7, 2021:

• 2:29 a.m., a 47-year-old Hart man was cited for driving while license suspended and operating without insurance, Polk Road and Oceana Drive, City of Hart.
• 2 p.m., a 28-year-old Hart man was arrested on a warrant and on a felony charge of resisting and opposing police, 10 block of State Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Monday, March 8, 2021:

• Noon, assault and battery, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.

Tuesday, March 9, 2021:

• 8:15 a.m., conditional bond release violation, 800 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart.
• 10 a.m., suspicious situation, 2000 block of Comfort Drive, City of Hart.
• 1 p.m., wellbeing check, 500 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart.
• 2:25 p.m., malicious destruction of property, 300 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 4:10 p.m., hit-and-run crash, no injuries, 3000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.
• 10:37 p.m., medical assist, 20 block of Mechanic Street, City of Hart.

Wednesday, March 10, 2021:

• 9:18 a.m., animal complaint, 20 block of North State Street, City of Hart.
• Noon, alarm, 800 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 2 p.m., suspicious situation, 500 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart.
• 4:09 p.m., traffic hazard, 300 bock of Hart Street, City of Hart.
• 7:13 p.m., civil matters, 10 block of State Street, City of Hart
• 10:17 p.m., alarm, 2000 block of Comfort Drive, City of Hart.
