Recent arraignments include breaking and entering charges.

HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Burns

– Thomas Edward Burns, 26, of 3310 E. Skeels Rd., Twin Lake, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) on felony charges of breaking and entering a building with intent and receiving and concealing stolen property $1,000-$20,000. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: March 15 at 3 p.m.

Fairchild

Marissa Ann Fairchild, 23, of 4976 N. Maple Island Rd., Hesperia, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: March 15 at 3 p.m. 

– Melinda Andrews Whipple, 32, of 23160 Pinewood Blvd., Bitely, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor of methamphetamine use. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance. Preliminary exam: March 15 at 3 p.m. In a separate file, Whipple also faces misdemeanor charges of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and operating without insurance. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: March 25 at 10:45 a.m. (Mugshot unavailable.)

Misdemeanors

– Eric William Tatro, 26, of 7251 Progress Rd., Twin Lake; OCSO; operating without insurance and violating a restricted license. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety. Pretrial: April 1 at 11 a.m.

– Skyler James King, 20, of 310 Main S. Main St., Custer; OCSO; failure to a report a property damage accident. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: March 11 at 11 a.m.

– Jessica Lee Jack, 39, of 9357 112th St., Twin Lake; OCSO; operating without insurance. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: March 11 at 10:45 a.m.

– Riley James Thompson, 18, of 7667 100th Ave., Rothbury; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: March 11 at 9:15 a.m.

– Michael Thomas Sturtevant, 48, of Hesperia; Michigan State Police (MSP); malicious destruction of property less than $200 and breaking and entering — illegal entry. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: March 25 at 1:45 p.m.

– Enrique Jesus Garza, 24, of 5766 Okemos Tr., New Era; MSP; improper license. Bail: $100/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: April 1 at 10:45 a.m.
